Is Donald Trump really going to pursue the deportation of 800,000 “Dreamers” — the young undocumented immigrants who came to the US as children, many of whom are now studying and working? Or is he preparing for a retreat from action?
I spoke with Austria’s Radio FM4 on Monday afternoon about Trump’s announcement over Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and the effects, both on politics and on the lives of the Dreamers.

Will Republicans want to follow Trump in being divisive by ending the Dreamers program? I think they may tinker around the edges, but I think the program will remain in place while the Republicans talk tougher on border security. That will be the face-saver.
