I spoke with BBC Radio Scotland on Tuesday morning about Donald Trump’s “Muslim Ban 2.0”, the revised executive order restricting entry to the US by citizens of six mainly-Muslim countries.


The discussion outlines the changes from the initial executive order, struck down by a federal circuit court, and the political and legal situation around the attempt at a 90- to 120-day ban on new visas and refugees.
