Let’s be clear. This has elevated into a Constitutional crisis, the most serious since Watergate in the 1970s.

That’s because of the nature of this President, who does not accept criticism, who does not believe that he is ever wrong —- and of advisors who are Islamophobic, who have said for years that they did not want Muslims to enter the country.

The combination of that ideological agenda and Trump’s rather unstable approach to governance brings us to this critical point….

If Trump and his advisors succeed, they have effectively bullied the courts.
