Attention will now be on the Trump Administration, which has been chaotic in its foreign policy, with the President screaming at foreign leaders and slamming the phone down on them. Suspicion will grow that this administration, or at least President Trump, is very close to Vladimir Putin in Russia and that could have a major effect on US relations with Europe and indeed with NATO.
