*Trump promises major investigation into voter fraud into 2016 Presidential election — even though there is no evidence of any such fraud, and only a handful of individual cases have been recorded since 2000

*Draft order, obtained by New York Times, clears way for reopening of CIA “black sites” and lifts restrictions on handling of detainees

*Trump signs order to begin construction of 2,000-mile wall along US-Mexico border

*Draft orders, obtained by Vox, will slowly end the “Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” policy, which allows certain undocumented immigrants who entered the country as minors to receive a renewable two-year period of deferred action from deportation and grants eligibility for a work permit — Employment-based visas and social services will be limited for legal immigrants

*Trump says in interview that he believes torture is effective and will re-institute it — even though it is barred by Congress — if his Defense Secretary and CIA Director make such a recommendation
