Trump is now competitive in all 10 of the key states — nine of which he needs to win — and is ahead in several of them.

So could there be a President Trump?

The discussion notes that while the issue of Hillary Clinton’s e-mail is primarily political, rather than legal, it is now defining the contest in the US media and thus for many voters. That will only be to the benefit of Trump in the next seven days.

I am surprised that it has gotten to this point. Even though there are issues about Clinton’s e-mails, she is reliable, she is experienced, she has a grasp of the issues — the social issues, the economic issues, the foreign policy issues.

Trump does not.
