I spoke with BBC Radio 5 on Tuesday afternoon about the forthcoming NATO meeting on Russia and Ukraine, questioning whether the organization can do much beyond reassuring members in Eastern Europe — and looking to a political compromise with a Russia including Crimea and a Ukraine which is beyond NATO membership.
